CNC Turret Presses

Lingo utilizes a variety of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines in our manufacturing and prototyping facility. We have several turret presses, shearers, brake presses and coil-fed stamping machines as a part of our manufacturing line. CNC machines are just one of the many ways Lingo is committed to improving our plant's efficiency, which translates into shorter lead times and lower cost to our customers.

Tube and Wire Fabricating Department

Finishing Department

We can now Powder Coat all of your Wood Displays!

Lingo now has the capability to powder coat wood here in our manufacturing facility. This is a relatively new process and there are few manufacturers in the country that offer this service. Powder coated wood can be routed into virtually any shape, and then finished with almost any powder coat color or texture. Best of all, it is a relatively inexpensive process, which yields a very durable and high end component.

  • Wet paint offers a limitless array of colors to choose from. Powder coat has numerous colors and offers textures, hammer tones, metallics, and distressed looks as well.

  • Wet paint has more of an automotive-type, shiny finish and is more economical. Powder coat is applied thicker and has a long lasting, chip resistant, rust resistant, and durable finish.

  • Powder coating over-spray can be recycled and reused, making it environmentally friendly and economical as well.
